Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item or get a refund.

To initiate a return or an exchange, you must return the item in its original condition with original packaging, accompanied by the receipt. Provided that all the above conditions are met.

Purchase made in store:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of your purchase. This applies to general products: deck boards, decoration.

Exceptions:

We are giving the possibility of returning plants and flowers within 24 hours of purchase. The plant must be in its original pot in which it was sold and it must not have been planted.

For outdoor power equipments, portable power tools, small appliances, aquarium equipment and pumps, BBQs, return is accepted if the product is in perfect condition, within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt. If some of these conditions are not met (item used, box opened), a 20% fee may be applied.

Items that cannot be returned:

We do not accept returns on living products and food such as: animals or frozen foods.

  • For hygiene and health reasons, all self-service products: fruit and vegetables, ultra fresh, meat, bulk products, cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, products such as soaps, shampoos and shower gels cannot be returned. Final sales or clearance sales are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Any special items or orders specifically designed for the customer are not refundable.


If you wish to return an item that you purchased as part of a promotion, a refund is possible. The price paid is refunded and the money earned is debited from your loyalty card. If the exchange is not possible, you will get an instant refund on your credit card. If the payment was made by cash or check, you will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days. To get a refund, you may be asked to provide personal information.

Exceptions:

Dog and cat food:

Your bag is eligible to a refund if it contains more than 80% of the original quantity. Limit of one per household (subject to diet transition).
