What are the benefits of the archipel loyalty program?

You need to subscribe to take advantages of the loyalty program and to become a member of archipel. Once you obtain your card, you automatically become a member. It provides you with several benefits and privileges:

  • money back or a percentage discount on your purchase
  • free item when you buy in bulk
  • exclusive Star Days and Annual events access
  • gift offered during your birthday month

How do the loyalty card work?

At each checkout, present your loyalty card to receive benefits and add 3% of all your purchases on your card (excluding promotions, cost prices and outdoor power equipment).

How do I get an exchange or a refund for an item I purchased in store?

For general products, exchange or return can be made within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt. Please note that certain exceptions apply. Return policy

How to create a client account?

To create a client account and take advantages of the loyalty program, visit or use the app and provide the information requested.

How do the archipel, maison vivante gift card work?

Archipel gift cards can only be purchased in store. The amount loaded onto a gift card is at the discretion of the client, the gift card’s minimum value is $20.

The gift card can be used several times until it reaches a value of zero.

A lost or stolen gift card is non-refundable.

I saw a product in store but I can’t find it online.

Not all in-store products are online. However, all online products are in store.

Where can I buy archipel products? What are your opening hours?

Archipel products are only available in our store located at 8100 Cousineau boulevard, Saint-Hubert (Longueuil), QC, J3Z 0G8.

Business hours:

  • April 1 to June 30
  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

We are closed on January 1st, June 24th and December 25th. For the public holidays we are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How can I make an appointment with one of your sales associates?

To speak to one of our sales associates, there is no need to make an appointment. Sales associates are present throughout the store to help you and there are advice counters located in each department.

How do I obtain my loyalty card?

Get your loyalty card directly in store. If you want a 100% virtual card, visit, Play Store or Apple Store.
